Our expectations were just blown away. We really liked our superior room for our family. With the kitchenette and bath it was really kid friendly to do baby bottles and bathe the kids. It was clean and even though the train actually passed our window we didn’t even notice! On demand movies was a nice surprise and really handy with the kids and all the foxtek channels. The daily housekeeping was great too. The lifts were fast, service at the counter great, location excellent as could walk everywhere. Car park no dramas too.

Lisa

Great location. Room was huge. King sized bed was very comfortable. View of Kiama. Railway runs right past hotel but it isn't very busy and windows are double glazed which cuts noise to a whisper. In fact I enjoyed watching various trains going by. Breakfast room overlooks harbour. 5 minute walk to Hungry Monkey cafe which does great food. 5 minute walk the other way takes you to Penny Whistlers cafe with outlook over harbour (book).

The staff at the restaurant went out of their way to help us. We asked for a mocktail and one was created for us. We asked to be relocated to a quieter table and we were instantly relocated to a much quieter area. The view from the dining room was amazing especially in the morning eating our excellent breakfast Underground parking near the reception was an unexpected bonus especially with the rain and winds about

Michael

The location was fantastic. The hotel was clean & the rooms well appointed. The staff were friendly & helpful. Most of all, I was pleased to find a hotel that offered a family room that had two single beds (as my kids no longer want to have to share a bed together). If there was an option to have an interconnecting room, that would have been even better.

Tanya

It's a decent sized room, and the staff are lovely. Free parking is excellent with a lift direct to the carpark. I liked the cute wooden electronic room keys and the room has pretty good soundproofing from the road. The huge fig trees provide a lovely outlook. Great location.
